Selby War Memorial Hospital, Selby

GBE Converge were appointed to install all Fire Alarm systems to the new building that is a combination of District Council Offices and Hospital. The Hospital was built over 3 floors with in-patients on the upper two floors and out-patients on the ground floor. The council offices were over 2 floors, including a council chamber and meeting rooms.

GBE Converge installed an L1 Fire Alarm system consisting of approximately 500 devices and 6 networked panels. Disabled Refuge was provided on all upper level fire stairs and the Disabled Toilet Alarms were fitted in the council offices only.
