Park Plaza Hotel, London

GBE were appointed to design, commission and supply the fire alarm system, disabled refuge and disabled toilet system. The 1000 bedroom hotel at Westminster Bridge replaces a 1970’s municipal office building designed by the former GLC and incorporates 21 storeys with 17 floors above ground and 17 below ground.
