GBE Converge were appointed to carry out the design, supply, installation and commissioning of all life safety and security systems at this prestigious 212,000 sq ft central London office development.

The building which is now known as Sixty London is an intelligently designed building by leading international architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The building comprises of 212,000 sq ft of office space over basement to ninth floors, offering the highest technical specification. It has the benefit of two entrances providing identity and access including multiple terraces.

The full fire alarm and detection system is in accordance with BS 5839-1. All office areas are served by sprinklers in accordance with BS EN 12845. A digital BMS (Building Management System) monitors and controls all the major M&E functions throughout the building.

The integrated CCTV system has cameras at all key external and internal positions that can be monitored from the building management office. Wireways are provided throughout the building including all tenant areas.

The developers are AXA Real Estate, the building services engineers are Gronmij and main contractor Balfour Beatty.
