Claire Knight

Claire joined the Senior Leadership Team in July 2020 and is an experienced Human Resources professional qualified to CIPD L7 in HRM. She brings with her an extensive generalist experience and knowledge of HR in a variety of sectors including construction, engineering, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and not for profit.

Claire is responsible for developing HR strategies, providing sound advice and coaching to senior management and the management team whilst developing and managing effective HR practices and ensuring that all HR operations are carried out smoothly and effectively.
