Derek joined in February 2020 is responsible for the sound financial management and control of the GBE Converge business including the setting of strategic performance targets, evaluation of financial performance, management of risks and opportunities and the development and maintenance of a robust financial control environment to ensure compliance with legal and other statutory obligations.
