Quantity Surveyor - 298GBE
- As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for and take ownership/control of the timely and accurate critically assessed contract reporting on all Capital Projects delivered by the GBEC Group. You will also be responsible for the Management of the Commercial Controls and Contract Reporting within the Capital Projects business and providing guidance and support to the Operations Team in terms of Commercial, Contractual and Financial Management of projects.

Design & Estimating Engineer - 274GBE
- The role of the Design and Estimating Engineer is to design and cost complex fire, life safety, electronic security systems and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for reviewing client/tender specification documents and drawings, liaising with suppliers, using CAD software for the detailed design, costing the projects and drafting proposal documents. You will work collaboratively with various departments, our clients, consultants, suppliers and colleagues, in order to ensure internal & external deadlines are met and that projects are accurately designed & costed.

- The Installation and Commissioning Engineer role is an all-round role which requires the engineer to be fully conversant with installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of fire, security and network (GBEC BV) contracts including all fire, life safety, electronic security systems, and to provide support to complete defects works from GBE Converge Projects where necessary. The role will ensure that GBEC BV projects are fully commissioned in line with the specification GBE Converge design and customer requirements.

Project Commissioning Engineer- Europe - 151GBE BV
- The role of The Project Commissioning Engineer is to manage the commissioning requirements of multiple projects from pre-commissioning stage through to final client handover including issuing certification, system training and the finalisation of the O&M Manuals. The Project Commissioning Engineer will ensure the project is fully commissioned in line with specification, GBEC design and customer expectations whilst maintaining strict adherence to statutory regulations. To provide a supporting role for the Project Manager in development of the commissioning process, documentation, and certification.
