What is DeFacto?

DeFacto is an electronic remote Fire Alarm Management System that provides complete transparency in servicing and day to day monitoring of the system.

How does DeFacto work?

DeFacto is a non-intrusive add-on to a fire alarm control panel communicating all activity to a cloud hosted database. DeFacto connects to most UK analogue addressable fire alarm control panels and presents the system status and data in a simple to use common format.

You can access DeFacto through any desktop or mobile device with internet connection. Reports can be generated and exported to match the users search criteria, such as Date, Time, Site, Panel, Loop, Device and Event. Weekly and service tests results are recorded and logged for compliance reporting.
