With approximately 282,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, and a dramatic triple height reception, the development also includes six large roof gardens offering over 20,000 sq ft of outdoor space with panoramic views of Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks and the West End.

GBE Converge were appointed by M & E contractor Dornan Engineering Services Ltd on behalf of main contractor Brookfield Multiplex Construction Europe to design, supply, install and commission the fire and security systems to the building. This includes fire detection, voice alarm, disabled refuge and fire telephones and the disabled toilet alarm systems. The security package includes CCTV, access control and video door entry systems.

The building will contain ten floors of flexible office space and multiple entrances and will be built to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
