Pullman Hotel, Liverpool

GBE Converge completed works at the newly opened £26m Pullman Hotel in Liverpool’s Kings Dock. The hotel will be the first of the international brand’s UK hotels outside of London. The project is part of the on-going investment on Liverpool waterfront and is the latest addition to the ACC Liverpool campus, which is home to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

GBE Converge were appointed by Briggs and Forrester on behalf of main contractor ISG to design, supply, install and commission all fire, security, CCTV and disabled alarms to the building that consists of 216 rooms on eight floors. The luxury hotel also includes a restaurant, bar, fitness lounge along with conference and banqueting facilities.
