Great Ormond Street Hospital Premier Inn Clinical Building, London

The Premier Inn Clinical Building was the second of two new buildings that comprise the Mittal Children’s Medical Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Finished in 2017, the Mittal Children’s Medical Centre helps deliver the hospital’s vision of providing modern facilities for all acute inpatients.

GBE Converge were appointed by Skanska to supply, install and commission all fire and security systems to the building which provides modern inpatient facilities, together with additional state-of-the-art operating facilities. The Premier Inn Clinical Building consists of seven floors that incorporates a new surgery centre, impatient wards, a 16-bed isolation facility and a post-anaesthetic care unit.
