GBE Converge were appointed by MALA Electrical on behalf of main contractor ISG to design, supply, install and commission the fire detection and alarm system to the seven-storey, 102,000 SQ FT building. The Cat A design sets very challenging targets for sustainability and will achieve significant carbon reductions compared to a more typical speculative office development. The development was pre-let to leading marketing agencies MSL and Saatchi & Saatchi, part of the Publicis Group.

Materials for the development were sustainably sourced and the building incorporates a number of features such as green roofs, fair faced concrete, chilled plasterboard ceilings, low energy lighting and presence detection.

The development also includes high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, robust enough to accommodate future needs.

GBE Converge supplied and installed all Fire Alarm control equipment and Fire Detectors along with the Audio Visual warning devices.
