Neil Francis

Neil joined GBE Converge in 2019 and is responsible for business development and managing key accounts in the North, Midlands and South West regions.

With over 34 years of experience within the Fire Safety and Facilities Management industries, 20 of those in a business development capacity, Neil has an in-depth technical understanding of the business developed from an engineering background.

Neil’s technical sales knowledge and ability enables him to manage and engage with all project stakeholders that include clients, specialist contractors, consultants and end-users as well as managing relationships at all levels from project engineers through to company directors.

Prior to joining GBE Converge, Neil held senior management roles and was responsible for managing PFI, MOD, Government, USAF, MOJ and Foreign Commonwealth contracts.
