GBE Appointed at the Milestone Angel Gardens in Manchester

The Angel Gardens development marks a major milestone in the regeneration of central Manchester.

The £154m scheme which is a joint venture between Moda Living and Apache Capital will create 466 premium apartments and 22,000 sq ft of commercial space and helps establish the area known as NOMA (North Manchester), as one of the UK’s most forward thinking new neighbourhoods.

GBE Converge have been appointed by Briggs and Forrester Living to the project, that incorporates various amenities including a gym, cinema, resident lounges, co-working facilities, restaurants, shops and a multi-use roof terrace. GBE Converges’s scope of works includes the Fire Detection and Alarm system which will be supplied by Gent by Honeywell, CCTV by HIK Vision, Access Control from Salto Systems and the Door Entry system which Comelit Group will provide.

GBE Converge are due to commence on site in January 2018 with completion due in June 2019.
