GBE Converge Awarded Contract at Landmark Development in Birmingham
Three Snowhill is a landmark office building at the Gateway to the Birmingham Business District.
Three Snowhill is the final element of the hugely successful Snowhill Estate which is Referred to as Birmingham’s answer to Canary Wharf. The development which will house 4000 workers, is a £200 million deal between M&G Real Estate and developer Ballymore.

GBE Converge have been appointed by BAM Construction to the 420,000 sq ft, 18-storey office block to design, supply, install and commission the Fire, Disabled Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Data Network and Gas Suppression Systems.
GBE Convergewill be working with partners Honeywell for the Gent Fire Alarm system and Vox Ignis for Disabled Refuge and WC Alarms. Nedap will be providing the Security management system, HIK the CCTV and Gas Suppression will be supplied by Brigit Gas.

GBE Converge are scheduled to start their work in October 2017 and complete in March 2019.
