GBE Converge have been appointed by SES Engineering Services to design, supply, install and commission the Fire System, Disabled Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and the Data Network as part of a new £40 million scheme for Coventry University.
The 24,500 sqm scheme at Godiva Place in Coventry will create a 770-bedroom facility together with ancillary support facilities and car and cycle parking for students on the city centre site.
GBE Converge will be working with partners Gent, Salto and HIK on the project. GBE’s commenced work on site in May 2017 and is scheduled for completion in June 2018.
