Simon joined GBE Converge in January 2017 as Service Delivery Manager, managing the Onsite Services Team. He has always been service focused, starting out in Service Desks and progressing to managing the Service Desk teams.
His role is all about excellent service and ensuring that every member of the team understands what excellent service is to all of our customers. He strives to ensure that everyone is thinking about giving excellent service first and foremost.
Sometimes IT goes wrong, but understanding what went wrong, learning is key.
As Technology Operations Manager, he is here to make sure the team are the best that they can be; to grow, to learn and most importantly to enjoy their work and look after our customers.
